1. What is JAM eBooks? JAM eBooks gives you unlimited access to our catalogue of eBooks for 30 days. An internet connection is needed to read the books.
2. How much does it cost? Access costs €4.50 including VAT, plus the price of one SMS. It is a one-off payment: there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
3. How do I buy access? Send EBOOK to 84071. You will receive an SMS with a link that gives you access to the service. The amount is charged to your mobile phone bill.
4. How do I stop the service? There is nothing to cancel. Access ends automatically after 30 days and no further payment is taken.
5. I lost my access link. Send EBOOK to 84071 again during your 30 days of access. You will receive your link again, without being charged a second time.
6. How do I find a book? Books are organised by genre. You can also use the search at the top of the page.
7. I can't buy access. Check that your line allows SMS+ payments (some plans and parental controls block them), then try again.
